Who ya gonna call?  The Insurance Compact! The NAIC SERFF Help Desk! Now you are wondering which one is it and when, right?  The answer lies below.

If you have a question regarding the applicability of certain Uniform Standards provisions, or the filing fees, you will want to call the Insurance Compact.  If you have a question about what information needs to be included in the Statement of Intent, you will need to call the Insurance Compact.  Now this one is a tricky one… say you don’t see that “Create Compact Filing” and you know that you have paid your Annual Registration Fee, give the Insurance Compact a call.  Chances are there is a very quick clerical fix for this one. 

Say the technical aspects of SERFF just aren’t what they should be – i.e. you are trying to amend the filing and the options are not all there like they usually are – call or e-mail the NAIC SERFF Help Desk.  The NAIC SERFF Help Desk is there to address the technical questions.
